July 4 Fun

Last night we enjoyed some fireworks as a family. I sat in the back of the van with Wyatt for a while and he did really well, I think he actually kind of enjoyed the excitement! Of course it helps to reassure him when a big brother is there laughing with glee after every explosion!

So we took some selfies together!

Wyatt actually changed the filter (lighting) and took this picture himself . . . hmmm

Just mommy and the boys walked down to the end of the street after dark to watch York's firework's show. (Wyatt was already sleeping so Daddy stayed home with him)

Late morning today, we took a walk to the park. It was unseasonably cool and pleasant outside. The boys did well with the nearly 2 mile, round-trip walk! I seem to remember visiting a park last year on the 4th as well. Must be a new family tradition!

Reese refused to pose for a picture, so I just have some action shots! The jumping one looks really awesome I think!

If you thought it was hard getting a good picture of TWO kids together, it's even harder to get a picture of THREE kids together. A collage is the best I can do!! 

Maybe the best, showing all faces; but Wyatt is looking grumpy and Clayton is squinting!

We have a fun party to go to tonight yet, so hopefully the boys can handle another late night tonight!
